Competition Overview:

The AAF District 4 Angel Awards honor excellence in public service advertising throughout Florida and the Caribbean. The competition recognizes work created to improve the public’s health, education, or welfare, considering both creative execution and demonstrated impact.

Key Dates & Details: 

  • Eligible Work: January 1, 2024 - August 31, 2026 

  • Entry Deadline: September 20, 2026 

  • Angel Awards: October 24, 2026 

  • Location: Hilton Garden Inn | Cocoa Beach Oceanfront 

  • Entry fee: $130 per entry 

  • AAF membership: Not required

What Work Qualifies? 

  • Paid client work 

  • Pro bono projects 

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives 

  • Single pieces, related executions, or full campaigns 

Entry Categories: 

  • Organization or Cause Promotion: Work that raises awareness, participation, or support for an organization, initiative, or public service cause.

  • Public Health & Safety: Work that educates audiences, raises awareness, or encourages immediate behavioral changes that improve public health, safety, or well-being.

  • Fundraising Events & Initiatives: Work designed to generate donations, participation, sponsorships, or other resources in support of an organization or cause.

  • Other: Public service work that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the categories above. 

Important Eligibility Note

Work that has previously received an Angel Award cannot be resubmitted.
